I am not quite sure what I was trying to achieve here, the basic idea was to have the original outer part of the pebble as the outside of the leaves, and the flower itself was to have resembled an Aaron Lilly. But, as I have said before, what is revealed when I remove those parts of the pebble that have to be removed is not always what I had in my minds eye at the outset.

So what appeared was like no other flower I have ever seen.

Now I am aware that there is a flower here on Earth called a 'Moonflower', however my Moonflower is what I imagine a flower would look like if one were ever to evolve on the moon, plain, dark grey and able to withstand the temperature extremes of long days and equally long nights.
